I posted some new pictures tonight. They are from our trip to Chincoteague, VA last week. We all had so much fun! We can't wait to go back in August.

Well, we're gearing up for double birthday weekend! Drew's 8th birthday is Saturday, and Karly's 2nd birthday is Sunday. Drew is having a reptile themed party, a guy is bringing some snakes, lizards, spiders, etc for the kids to see, touch and learn about. Needless to say, I will be running for the hills if anything gets loose in my house! We're having a family party for Karly, with no reptiles! I always feel bad for Luke at this time of year, since he's the only one left out since his birthday is September 12th.
Drew just got glasses last week and he thinks they're cool. I can remember a day when I thought glasses were cool, that didn't last very long! He looks very adorable in his glasses, very smart. He has actually put on a few pounds this past year, you can still see his ribs though! Side note: Luke has put on 6 pounds since January!
Karly is still not talking much. She has a speech therapist who comes once a week. I think she'll just start talking in complete sentences one day. She understands almost everything we say, so that's good. She's very friendly to everyone, I never thought I'd see that day. She was very clingy to us at first, but now she usually warms up to anyone after a few minutes. She is definitely a daddy's girl right now. She's always asking for him, and when he comes in the door she yells "hi" and runs to him! It's so adorable.
